Exhibit Booths: Nearly every conference participant visits the Exhibit Fair, providing you with a rich opportunity to promote your resources directly to each person. NAAEE holds several events in the exhibit hall to draw people in. See the Exhibitor Prospectus for rates, hours, and other details. Exhibitors receive 50% off one full conference registration.
Program Advertising: Advertising is a great option if you want to promote a special offer to conference participants, or if you aren't able to attend this year's meeting in Oakland. See ad formats, sizes, and rates.
PROGRAM
The complete program will be available both online and in print.
The online schedule of presentations will be available in July for you to start planning your conference schedule. This is always the most current available version of the program.
The full printed program will be available at the conference in Oakland. In addition, a PDF of the entire program will be posted on NAAEE’s website under the “Program” link on the left menu.

SCHOLARSHIPS
NAAEE offers several types of conference scholarships, funded by sponsors and member contributions. Our electronic newsletter announces the opening and closing dates for applications. Details are available on the Scholarships page.
LODGING & LOGISTICS
Click here for information on how to get to Oakland and how to get around once you're there. There is also information on where to stay and the many things to do in the "Other City by the Bay." NAAEE has agreements with several transportation providers to offer discounts to conference attendees.
