Exhibit Fair
The NAAEE Exhibit Fair showcases the work of leading organizations in environmental education and related fields.
Why Exhibit at the Conference?
• You can interact personally with nearly every conference participant.
• The conference is one of the largest gatherings of environmental educators in North America, and these professionals are looking for new resources and ideas.
• We want you to succeed! NAAEE makes the Exhibit Fair a hub for many conference activities, holding several events and meals in the exhibit hall to draw people in. We’ll also list your organization in the conference program, and provide a link to your organization on our website.
• A booth purchase includes a 50% discount for a FULL CONFERENCE registration, using a registration code to be provided after your booth registration is paid in full. You are welcome to purchase additional exhibit hall passes and conference registrations separately.
NOTE: To be included in the conference program, purchase your exhibit booth before August 1, 2012.

More than 1,000 environmental education professionals will be at NAAEE’s 41st Annual Conference in Oakland, California this fall. Will you be there, too?
Let people know about your products and services by advertising in the conference program. You’ll deliver your message directly to your target market, while you also support NAAEE in its work to promote excellence in environmental education throughout North America.
By advertising in the conference program, you can call attention to your exhibit booth, offer a special deal for conference attendees, promote your products and services—or even wish NAAEE and conference participants the best conference ever!
Why Advertise in the Conference Program?
• Every attendee receives the conference program and refers to it many times a day. They’ll see your ad often.
• The program is printed in full color, so your ad can include vibrant and exciting images to catch the reader’s attention.
• You’ll generate valuable contacts with environmental education professionals throughout North America.
What to Submit
After your ad purchase is confirmed, send a pre-designed advertisement in jpg, tif, or PDF file formats, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (print quality PDF). If you purchase a ¼ page or ½ page ad, you must submit both a horizontal and vertical version so we can place your message for optimum exposure. Send electronic submissions to sbumpous “at” naaee.org. Please label your attached file “2012 Conf Ad” with a reference to your organization in the file name, and include in the body of the message the name of your organization and complete contact information for any questions about the ad.
NAAEE will make every effort to ensure your ad is reproduced to the highest quality possible; however, we cannot be responsible for “pixilation” that may result from files or graphic elements that are submitted with less
than required resolution. Any design services required beyond the normal placement of the ad will be charged at the rate of $110/hr.
The deadline for purchasing ad space is July 20, 2012. The deadline to receive your ad is August 1, 2012.
