Thursday Registration

Friday Registration
INCLUDES: All keynotes, plenary sessions, symposia, concurrent sessions, and the Exhibit Fair on Friday, October 11, 2013, plus Friday evening Annual Stapp Scholarship Auction and reception at the Maryland Science Center
Saturday Registration
INCLUDES: All keynotes, plenary sessions, symposia, concurrent sessions, and the Exhibit Fair on Saturday, October 12, 2013, plus Awards Luncheon and conference closing (Conference ends at 3:15 on Wednesday)
Note: The Research Symposium, Affiliate Workshop, and Wednesday workshops and field trips require separate registration and are not included in any of the above options.
Fees and Policies
Mailed or faxed registrations: A $20.00 administrative fee will be applied to all mailed or faxed registrations. NAAEE strongly encourages you to use the online registration system.
Registration name changes: A $50.00 administrative fee will be applied to all registration name changes.
Refund Policy: Only full conference and one-day registration fees are eligible for refunds, if requested before September 8, 2013. Special events, field experiences, workshops, the Research Symposium are nonrefundable.
A $50 administrative fee is applied to all written refund requests postmarked or emailed by September 8, 2013. Refunds will be processed after the conference; it may take up to three months to receive funds.
In most cases, no refunds will be given after September 8, 2013. However, NAAEE recognizes that “life happens” and in rare cases we will issue refunds or offer a credit for the 2014 conference for extenuating circumstances. We must receive requests in writing within one month of the conference closing (by November 12, 2013). Please email your name, contact information, and the reason you are requesting a refund to drew@naaee.org. Individuals will be notified of NAAEE's decision in mid-December.
Cancellation Policy: Field experiences and workshops are subject to cancellation if registration numbers for these events are below the required minimum. If an activity is cancelled, you will be notified no later than September 15, 2013. You will be offered an alternate field trip and/or an alternate workshop if the one you signed up for is cancelled. If you choose not to accept an alternate option, you will receive a refund. NAAEE cannot be held responsible for travel arrangements made by participants in the event of a field trip or a workshop being cancelled.
Please note that the Research Symposium, Field Experiences, Wednesday Workshops, special event tickets, and Saturday K-12 Teacher registration are not eligible for a refund if you are unable to attend.
Liability Waiver: In submitting your conference registration, you confirm that you will participate in all of the 2013 NAAEE Annual Conference activities at your own risk. Accordingly, you agree to hold the NAAEE Board, its staff, contractors, and agents harmless against all injury that you might suffer at any time during this conference.
Photography/Video Agreement: In submitting your conference registration and attending the 2013 NAAEE Conference you understand photographs and video may be taken during the conference in which you may be included, and you agree and understand that these images may be used by NAAEE for promotional purposes in print, video, and on the World Wide Web.
ADA Compliance: All facilities used in Baltimore are ADA compliant.
Regular rates end on September 20: Your registration and payment must be received by September 20, 2013 in order to register online at regular conference rates. Starting September 23, there is an additional processing fee of $25 for registering online or at the conference.
